Yes, we ship all over the world.
We offer expedited shipping via FedEx and UPS. Customers are responsible for paying for shipping fees and any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed upon importing the product.
It depends on where you are.
Standard domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days total to reach its destination from the time you order but can occasionally take longer.
International shipping reaches its destination in 4-16 days from the time you order. Please note that this timing is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. Fledging will not be held responsible for any delays that may occur.
Order Processing Time:
Monday-Thursday: Orders placed before 12 pm CST are fulfilled within the same day.
Friday: Orders placed after 11:30 am CST require +1 business day to fulfill. For example, an order placed after 11 am CST on a Friday may not be fulfilled until the following Monday.
*Bulk orders may take an additional 1-3 business days to fulfill.
Domestic Shipping (US)
We offer free standard shipping via USPS for domestic orders. For expedited domestic shipping, we offer USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
International Shipping
For expedited international shipping, we offer FedEx and UPS.
Customers are responsible for paying for shipping fees and any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed upon importing the product.
General Questions
For all Customers, please contact us directly with any return, replacement, and warranty requests.
Warranty stickers are placed on all drives. Removing or tampering with this sticker will void both the warranty and the 30-day no-fault return policy. Please read the sections below regarding domestic (U.S.) and international customers for more information.
We are not equipped to print return shipping labels for orders outside the U.S. International customers requesting returns are responsible for arranging return shipping.
For U.S. Customers
Domestic returns initiated within 30 days will receive free return shipping.
Domestic returns initiated after 30 days, but within 60 days will receive free return shipping, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
For International Customers
We do not offer free return shipping to international customers at this time.
International returns initiated within 60 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We are not equipped to print return shipping labels for orders outside the U.S. International customers requesting returns are responsible for arranging return shipping.

Packages reach their destination in 2-4 business days but can occasionally take longer.
Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Packages reach their destination in 1-3 business days but can occasionally take longer.
International Shipping
We offer expedited shipping via FedEx and UPS. Customers are responsible for paying for shipping fees and any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed upon importing the product.
